Terms and Conditions of Use and Service
Play + Stay Orders’ shopping pages and related services are made available to you pursuant to the following Terms of Use & Service and any other rules posted on our site. By visiting Play + Stay Orders, you are accepting and consenting to the practices described in the Terms and Conditions of Use and Service (TOS).
We may modify the TOS from time to time, and your continued use of this site following such change shall signify your agreement to be bound by the modified TOS.
Acknowledgment and acceptance of your order
We will notify you by email to confirm receipt of your order and acceptance of your credit card. Our legal acceptance of your order will take place upon dispatch of the product(s) ordered.
Delivery costs
Shipping costs are included in product purchase price. You are responsible for any local taxes or other charges.
Delivery method
Play + Stay Orders reserves the right to determine shipping method according to volume of order, destination and reliability or operator.
Delivery time
Approximate delivery times from dispatch as follows:Europe: 5-7 working days. Rest of the world: within 28 days. These are guidelines, and generally delivery will be faster.
Payment
Payment is by credit card with order. All major credit cards accepted with the exception of American Express. Large orders can also be paid for by bank transfer. Please email playandstayorders@gmail.com for bank details.
Security
Your credit card details are not stored online, and Play+Stay Orders does not have access to or in any way keep records of your credit card details. This is to protect your security, but means you must enter your credit card details with each purchase.
At the checkout, you are directed to a secure online payment page (WorldPay) where your credit card details will be taken and payment processed. You will receive email notification from WorldPay when your card has been debited.
Refunds and Return Policy
If you are unhappy with the products or have any other complaint, please email us within seven working days of receiving your order and explain the problem. We will be happy to reimburse you for goods returned. Play + Stay Orders will only pay for return shipping if, at our discretion, we agree that goods are faulty or we agree that we have made an error with your order.
Accuracy of content
Play + Stay Orders has taken every care to ensure that prices quoted are correct at time of publishing and all products have been fairly described. However, orders will only be accepted if there are no material errors in the description of the goods or their prices as advertised on this website. All prices are displayed in US Dollars exclusive of any local taxes. VAT is added to orders from EU countries. If you are VAT registered, contact us on playandstayorders@gmail.com. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the website. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Play + Stay Orders disclaims all warranties, express or implied, as to the accuracy of the information contained in any of the materials on this website. Play + Stay Orders shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise from the use of any of the information contained in any of the materials on this website.
Availability
All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available by emailing you.
Damage to your computer
Play + Stay Orders makes every effort to ensure that this website is free from viruses or defects. However, we cannot guarantee that your use of this website or any websites accessible through it won't cause damage to your computer. It is your responsibility to ensure that the right equipment is available to use the website and screen out anything that may damage it. Play + Stay Orders shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise to computer equipment as a result of using this website.
Limitation of Liability
While Play + Stay Orders will use reasonable endeavours to verify the accuracy of any information it places on the site, it makes no warranties, whether express or implied in relation to its accuracy. We make no warranty that this site will meet your requirements or will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that this site or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or bugs or represents the full functionality, accuracy, reliability of the materials. Indemnification
At our request, you agree fully to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Play + Stay Orders immediately on demand, its officers, directors, agents, affiliates, licensors, and suppliers, from and against all liabilities, claims, expenses, damages and losses, including legal fees, arising from any breach of the TOS by you or any other liabilities arising out of your use of this site, or the use by any other persons accessing this site using your Internet account. We reserve the right, at our own expense, to assume the exclusive defence and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you hereunder.
Your Activity

Our Relationship

You agree that you may not and will not hold yourself out as a representative, agent, or employee of Play + Stay Orders, and we shall not be liable for any representation, act, or omission on your part.
Entire Agreement
The TOS (as amended from time to time) constitutes the entire agreement between you and Play + Stay Orders regarding your use of this site, and supersedes any other agreement or understanding, arrangements, undertaking or proposal, written or oral, between you and Play + Stay Orders in relation to such matters. In the event any other rules, code of conduct, or other matter posted on this site conflicts with the terms of the TOS, the TOS shall govern. No oral explanation or oral information given by any party shall alter the interpretation of the TOS. You confirm that, in agreeing to accept the TOS, you have not relied on any representation save insofar as the same has expressly been made a representation in the TOS and you agree that you shall have no remedy in respect of any misrepresentation which has not become a term of the TOS save that your agreement contained in this Clause shall not apply in respect of any fraudulent misrepresentation whether or not such has become a term of the TOS.
No Waiver
No waiver by us shall be construed as a waiver of any proceeding or succeeding breach of any provision.
Governing Law
The TOS together with all our policies and procedures will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
